We are excited to highlight Annalisa Marmol and her incredible internship experience with Edison Township Public Schools! Under the mentorship of dedicated educators across multiple schools—including Menlo Park (pictured), FDR Preschool, and most recently MLK—Annalisa is gaining hands-on experience in the field of special education.
Throughout her internship, Annalisa has had the opportunity to work in both integrated and self-contained classrooms, learning how to support students with diverse learning needs. She is actively involved in assisting with lesson planning, implementing individualized learning strategies, and supporting students in developing academic, social, and life skills. She has also gained valuable insight into behavior management techniques, adaptive teaching methods, and the importance of collaboration between teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Annalisa’s passion for special education shines through in everything she does, and her dedication to making a difference in students’ lives is truly inspiring.
